To initiate the repair service, you can either call us at [Your Contact Number] or send an email to admin@precisionpcrepair.com Upon receiving your request, we typically arrange for one of our technicians to pick up your computer at a time that is convenient for you. This ensures that your device is safely transported to our facility for diagnostics and repair. Our team is dedicated to providing you with a seamless and efficient service experience.

Mobile Repair Services Introduction

At Precision PC & Repair, we bring expert computer repair services directly to your doorstep with our convenient mobile repair solutions. Service Hours and Call-Out Fee

Our mobile repair services are available from Monday to Friday, between 9 AM and 6 PM, with a standard call-out fee of $80 ontop of the price of repairs. For weekend service on Saturday and Sunday, the call-out fee is doubled to accommodate the demand. This fee covers our technician's travel and initial assessment of your device. Maximum appointment time is 1 and a half hours. If you are just wanting your PC picked up there will be no fee but the wait for repair may be longer.

Repair Assurance

We strive to fix your computer on the spot whenever possible. However, if the issue requires more extensive repairs that cannot be completed during the initial visit, the call-out fee will be fully refunded. In such cases, we will take your computer to our repair facility, ensure it is thoroughly serviced, and return it to you upon completion.

Remote Connection Policy for PC Repairs

Purpose: This policy outlines the procedures, pricing, and benefits of remote PC repair services offered to customers for their safety, security, and comfort while remaining in their own homes.

Scope: This policy applies to all remote support services provided by our technicians.

Service Description: Customers can request remote assistance to diagnose and repair their PCs. Our technician will connect to the customer's computer via secure remote access software to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.

Pricing: The cost of remote support ranges from $100 to $200, depending on the complexity of the problem. An initial assessment will be conducted to determine the estimated cost before proceeding with the service. If being used as a diagnostic tool there will be no charge.

Payment Terms: Minimum Payment is required before the service begins. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and electronic transfers.

Customer Responsibilities: Customers must ensure that their internet connection is stable and that they have the necessary software installed to allow remote access. It is the customer's responsibility to back up important data prior to the session. The required software to have installed prior to the appointment is called "Teamviewer". A waiver will need to be signed granting access to your PC. This can be done on your phone

Limitations of Service: While we strive to resolve all issues remotely, some problems may require in-person assistance. If this is the case, customers will be informed, and additional charges may apply.
